Getting started
WorryLess is for two people. First, the person who worries — a family member, friend, or carer who keeps getting the call when something feels wrong. They set up the subscription. Second, the person who uses Ivy — someone who wants patient, respectful help with technology and scam worries without feeling foolish or dependent.
No. Ivy is voice-first — you simply speak naturally, the way you would ask a question out loud. There is no app to navigate, no typing required, and no technical knowledge needed.
Ivy works on iOS 16 and above, and Android 10 and above. You do not need a new or expensive device.
What Ivy can help with
Yes — scam and suspicious-message checks are one of the core reasons WorryLess exists. Ivy helps people pause, look at what feels wrong, and work out the safest next step before replying, clicking, or sharing any details.
Ivy can help with a wide range of everyday tech problems — phones behaving strangely, TVs that won't connect, broadband dropping, login issues, the NHS App, WhatsApp, online forms, and account setup.
Ivy is designed to identify when reassurance is enough and when the situation needs to go further. It will guide clearly to the right next step — whether that is a trusted contact, the bank's fraud line, or an official support route. It is a first line of support, not a replacement for urgent help.
Yes. Ivy can walk through sign-in issues, password reset steps, account recovery, and other moments when someone cannot get back into an app or online service.
Subscriptions and billing
The Standard plan supports one user with core features — scam checks, tech help, and trusted-contact escalation. The Family plan adds support for two users, multiple trusted contacts, a family peace-of-mind dashboard, a higher usage ceiling, and priority support routing.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Your 50% off code will arrive by email. Apply it at checkout when you sign up — it will be valid for 6 months from the date your subscription starts.

Privacy and safety
Yes. WorryLess is registered with the ICO (registration number ZC146345) and processes all data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Conversations are processed securely to provide the service. Trusted contacts can receive alerts when escalation is needed, but they do not have access to full conversation history. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
